not to mention of course that if you look at the other laws proposed in the old testament like…don’t shave, dont do any work on saturdays, and all sorts of other things that most people who quote the anti-gay sections tend to ignore it really makes their whole argument fall to pieces.  If you are going to strictly follow one or two laws from a book how can you justify ignoring the other laws? and if you can justify ignoring those laws how can you defend the ones you don’t ignore as somehow “special”, despite their lack of emphasis?  Anyway, I agree, and wanted to join in the rant about how obnoxious it is that most people who use religion to argue these sort of points generally have no idea what they are talking about…about their own religion…
